Our Service

We can serve South Carolina style pulled hog and pulled turkey, with our homemade beetroot slaw and dill pickles. Also we make our own pepper-vinegar sauce, with a variety of cheeses to top it off.

Another option is own recipe pork burgers and sausages, also made with our own hogs

Our Catering

We can cater for all types of events around the Cambridgeshire area, including gigs, parties and events both public and private.

Our service can be provided for up to 28 hours for a minimum of 50 heads (size and portion requirements dependent)

We need a minimum of 60 days in advance so that we can get the pig ready.
